Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled up to the time they have been shipped. Digital Download products cannot be cancelled once the download link has been submitted.
Shipping Policy
www.boxalarmgraphics.com ships to all contiguous U.S. addresses via the U.S.P.S., United States Postal Service.
When will you receive your order?
To determine the date we'll ship your order, allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, plus delivery time approximately 14 business days via U.S.P.S.
Refund and Returns Policies
Box Alarm Graphics does not offer any refunds on its products, only exchanges. It's easy to exchange an item if you're not satisfied within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened; hang tags in place. Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses — please refer to it for details. If your return is shipped to us after the timeframes indicated above we regret that we cannot issue a refund nor send the merchandise back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Digital Products
We are unable to accept returns for downloadable PDF and MP3 files.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from www.boxalarmgraphics.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
